Canon Get Started - Wireless Printing Set Up On Your Pixma Printer

To get started the user has to:
• With the device switched on navigate to the setup menu and select wireless LAN setup from the list of options.
• Choose the wireless access point from the list of available options and enter wireless access point password using a scroll wheel to select password
• Press then end setup
• The blue wireless light flashing means that it has finally attached to wireless access point and finally goes solid blue confirming that it has now connected
• The second step is to install the driver, if not on the desktop, one can setup from the Pixma setup CD
• By reading the welcome screen and following it till the setup concludes its installation.
• The third step is to test print, for this go toControl panel of your computer and then to printers and faxes and see the list of printers. Select the Pixma print, right click on its properties and select print test page.
• Wait till the printer prints the test page.
