Easy way to recharge HP black ink cartridge

Easy way to recharge HP black ink cartridge ~ We could say this is one of the best cartridges HP has ever made, and we dare say this because of the many different qualities we’re about to tell you. First of all, this cartridge works with pigmented ink.

This type of ink grants the cartridge laser print quality, is much more resistant to humidity, and the prints stand the test of time way better than others. These cartridges also have an unique quality that allows them to perform prints of 600x600ppp.

This cartridge can make HP deskjet, photosmart, designjet and officejet series their ultimate printing quality, and is also compatible with the largest listing of printer models ever, such as: HP deskjet 712, 720, 722, 820, 830, 832, 850, 855, 870, 880, 882, 890, 895, 930, 932, 935, 950, 952, 960, 970, 990, 995, 1100, 1120, 1180, 1220, 1280, 1600, 6122, 6127 and 9300; HP inkjet 1220 fax; HP officejet g55, g85, g95, k60,k80, r40, r60, r80, t45 and t65; HP officejet pro 1150c, 1170c and 1175c; HP photosmart 115, 1215, 1218, 1315, p1000 and p1100; HP designjet 700, 750c, 750c plus and 755cm; and HP 110, 120, 140, 145, 150, 155, 160, 170, 180, 190, 210, 260, 270, 280 y 290 color copiers.

Another great trait of this ink cartridge is the page yield. The HP 45 black cartridge can yield up to 930 standard-size pages. In order to refill this ink cartridge, you will need to fill a syringe with 30ml of ink and add all off it into the cartridge.

These cartridges’ print heads are built into them and have very high resistance and endurance. If you follow this procedure exactly as we’re describing it, you will be able to refill this cartridge up to six (6) times without having any problems. This is a very large save on a great ink cartridge such as the HP 45 black model.

Refill procedure for the HP 45 black ink cartridge:

Before we begin, please put the cartridge on a piece of black cloth, preferably over a flat surface that you can clean easily, just in case you make a mess when refilling your cartridges.

Step #1:
First of all, put the ink cartridge with the print head facing downwards; the next picture will show you how to do it. To learn more about ink cartridges and print heads, please read the following post.

On the bottom, you’ll find a small piece of black plastic, which is sealing the cartridge and keeping you from seeing a small iron ball located on the lower side. This is where you’ll refill your ink cartridge.

At this point, we recommend you remove this seal very carefully to avoid pushing the iron ball inside the cartridge, since this can make things very difficult for you if you can’t find a replacement for the original ball.

Step #2:
Now pay attention to this next step. There are two different ways of injecting the ink into the HP 45 black cartridge. The first one is to push the iron ball inside the cartridge. If you choose to do this, you will need to have one of the printer cartridge plugs they sell in ink cartridge refill stores.

The second way is to inject the ink right next to this iron ball, adding very little strength to keep it and the silicone that surrounds it from any harm. This is the technique we recommend you use, since the cartridge plugs aren’t very easy to find.

Step #3:
Regardless of the method you chose earlier, we recommend you inject the ink very slowly to avoid damaging the cartridge. Please remember you must only add 30ml of ink, and that all of it must be injected into the cartridge. Do not push the syringe all the way in to keep yourself from puncturing the ink cartridge.

Step #4:
After injecting the 30ml of ink to the cartridge, please take the syringe out and put it back inside completely empty. Insert the needle once more and inject all the air inside it. Once you’re back inside the cartridge, please remove 30ml of air from it, just to fill the space we create earlier with ink.

Step #5:
If you’ve chosen to push the iron ball into the cartridge, you will need to find a way of sealing it now that the process is finished. We recommend you use a screw or one of the original plugs we mentioned earlier, which would be the best option.

If, on the other hand, you chose to introduce the syringe right next to this little ball, then just make sure there isn’t any ink leaking from the cartridge. Put it with the print head facing downwards, and leave it like this for about two hours.

If you can tell there’s too much ink coming out of the print head, we recommend you take some more air out of the cartridge. If the exact opposite is happening, and there isn’t enough ink coming out, you must add a bit more of air to the cartridge. You can now handle both of these situations with the information we just gave you.

Suggestions:
We recommend you print several test sheets after finishing this process. If you wish to learn how to do this, please read the following post. You can also learn how to print a test sheet in grayscale, which will show you how clear and sharp the refill came out, and if there’s any problems with it.
